As the costs of litigation continue to rise, more and more people are turning to arbitration to solve their disputes. The Drake Law Arbitration Team offers students the chance to learn about this growing field of law while competing against some of the most talented law students in the country. Coached by two successful area attorneys, the arbitration team will provide you with the knowledge and skills necessary not only to compete in the courtroom, but to thrive. If you don't know what an arbitration is, or if you've never questioned a witness or presented a closing argument, then that is all the more reason for you to tryout! If you've done these things before and think your advocacy skills are good, then come out and we will make them better. The arbitration team has something to offer for students of all skill levels who are interested in litigation of any kind. So come tryout and become a part of a winning Drake Law tradition!

Congratulations to the members of the 2013-2014 Arbitration teams!
