Subscriptions and Submissions
Article SubmissionsThe Drake Law Review accepts submissions from professors, judges, practitioners, and other legal scholars. Submissions are currently being accepted for publication in volume 57. Articles may be submitted to the attention of the Articles Editors, and may be sent either in hard copy to the address listed below or electronically as an attachment via e-mail. Electronic submissions should be in Microsoft Word (.doc) format.
Additionally, the Drake Law Review and the American Judicature Society are currently accepting article submissions for the Sixth Annual American Judicature Society Symposium entitled Assessing the Values of Punishment: The State of Sentencing in the United States Criminal Justice System. Subscription or single issue requests via mail should be to the attention of the Managing Editor. Annual subscriptions (4 issues) are $33; individual issues may be ordered for $10 each.
