The Editorial Board of the Drake Journal of Agricultural Law invites you to submit articles for consideration for our next edition. The Drake Journal of Agricultural Law is a student-run publication dedicated to reviewing legal issues affecting the agricultural world.

The Journal publishes articles on domestic and international topics written by judges, attorneys, professors, students and other legal theorists. As a legal journal focusing on agricultural and food issues from both the domestic and worldwide perspectives, the Journal is a valuable tool to anyone concerned with the law’s unique impact on agriculture. Analysis of new legislation and case law, coupled with cutting edge concepts, guarantees stimulating reading. The Journal provides a balance between academic and practical coverage.

Articles should be submitted electronically in Word for Windows 6.0 or higher. They can be e-mailed to Editor in Chief at agjourn@drake.edu or mailed on diskette to:
