Drake Journal of
Agricultural Law

The Drake Journal of Agricultural Law is dedicated to the review of legal issues affecting the agricultural industry. The purpose of the Journal is to provide a forum to explore contemporary issues in international and domestic agricultural law.

The Journal is a student-run publication with three issues produced each year. The Fall and Summer issues of the Journal contain articles by professors, judges, attorneys, students, and others in the international and domestic agricultural community. Traditionally, the Spring issue of the Journal is designated the "American Agricultural Law Association Symposium," and is dedicated to articles detailing the agricultural law topics discussed at the annual AALA educational conference.

The purpose of this website is to provide an introduction to the Journal, subscription and purchase information, and contact information for the Journal.
